Employees are one of the most important production factor in a company. Without employees, the company would not be able to achieve its goals. Employees who determines the reciprocation of a company. By having power-skilled workforce with high motivation was to have a very expensive asset, which is difficult to assess with money. This study aims to determine the Effects of Selection, Placement and Career Development to Employee Productivity Marketing Group. BANK BUKOPIN, Tbk Branch Medan via Compensation System as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative and descriptive nature of the research is the explanation (explanatory research) that is supported by the survey method. The study population amounted to 50 people with a sample of 44 people taken by proportional random sampling. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using path analysis (Path Analysis) which consists of the direct effect and indirect effect. The results showed that significantly influence the selection of compensation, the placement of a significant effect on compensation, career development significantly influence compensation, selection, placement and career development significantly influence compensation, selection significant effect on labor productivity, the placement of a significant effect on labor productivity, career development significant effect on labor productivity, selection, placement and career development impacts on productivity, compensation significant effect on labor productivity, there are significant Selection, Placement and Career Development for Employee Productivity Marketing Group.
